What to include
Your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, SwingDraw version, what you were doing, and what happened instead.
Protect your video
Start with a written description or a screenshot of the app interface. Do not send a private swing video unless it is needed and you are comfortable sharing it.
Recording or importing is blocked
Check the Camera, Microphone, and Photos permissions for SwingDraw in iPhone or iPad Settings. In your email, say whether the problem happens while recording a new swing or importing an existing clip.
An export will not save
Confirm that SwingDraw can add to Photos and that the device has available storage. Include whether you were exporting an image or a video and whether iOS displayed an error.
A tool does not behave as expected
Describe the exact sequence that reproduces the problem and the result you expected. A screenshot with private video content hidden is often enough to identify the issue.

Apple handles purchases, downloads, and refunds. For those, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.
